When does my monthly billing start and end? |

Your month starts the day we approved your account and send you confirmation email. Your monthly billing period will be from date we approved your account to same date in next month. If you purchase monthly calling plan on January 10th, then your month will run from January 10th to February 9th. On February 10th, your account will renew and you will get a fresh set of minutes. |

Can I make calls to other destinations with monthly calling plan? |

No, you cannot make calls to other countries with monthly calling plan. However you can buy flexi minutes (available in $2/$5/$10 denomination) and use your flexi balance to make calls to other destinations. If you purchase Hong Kong - 1000 Minutes plan then you can make calls to Hong Kong only using monthly calling plan. You can buy flexi minutes to make calls to other destinations (excluding Hong Kong).

What happens if I use all my monthly calling plan minutes? |

If you use up all of your monthly minutes, then you can renew your service and get a fresh set of minute. Your billing period will reset from date you renew your account to same date in next month. |

What is a flexi calling plan, how do I use it? |

Flexi calling plan is pay as you go plan available in $2/$5/$10 denomination.
Monthly calling plan allows you to make calls to only one destination with discounted rate. You cannot make calls to other countries with monthly calling plan. However you can buy flexi minutes and use your flexi balance to make calls to other destinations. If you purchase Hong Kong - 1000 Minutes plan then you can make calls to Hong Kong only using monthly calling plan. You can buy flexi minutes to make calls to other destinations (excluding Hong Kong).
You will have same account and same access number to make calls to special country and other destinations. Whenever you make calls to destination allowed in monthly calling plan, our system will use your monthly calling plan balance. Whenever you make calls to other destinations (not allowed in your monthly calling plan), our system will use your flexi calling plan balance. |

How do I purchase flexi calling minutes? |

You can purchase flexi calling minutes only if you are registered user of monthly calling plan. To purchase flexi calling minutes, login to VIPTalk member section and select the Flexi Calling link. |
